Find someone else to do business with. They don't answer emails in a timely manner. I was sent the wrong hose they said they would send return shipping and didn't. They wouldn't mail the right one until they received the return and pay for the new one. Then they had to order it before they could ship it took about a month and a half to finalize Custom service was nonexistent and RUDE

Poor customer service

I have done business with vacuum for the last 15 to 20 years purchasing bags and other equipment for my built-in Nutone vacuum. After 30+ years of good service, the Nutone vacuum broke down. My first choice was Evacuum. I spoke to the service representative at Evacuum told them exactly what I wanted Plus, they consulted my previous purchases and knew. I was replacing anPlus, they consulted my previous purchases and new. I was replacing a whole house vacuum. We on the price and they shipped it out. When we received the vacuum, I had to go visit my sick mother in another part of the state so I had a friend do the install. When we came back, everything looked fine. The vacuum looked similar and it worked. The same to me. Unbeknownst to me they had sent us a vacuum that was designed for garage use only. That vacuum has now burned out after three years I Contacted Evacuum and they told us to contact the manufacturer. The manufacturer told us we could pay for a service person that would cost us $500. Evacuum has made no effort to help resolve this issue. This was their mistake by shipping the wrong vacuum! DO NOT purchase a vacuum from Evacuums! There customer service will disappoint you!

Stumbled across this site while hunting for a replacement vacuum cleaner. First thought was to look at the "Brazilian region" site. After sort of finding what I was looking for, decided to search for that vacuum and eVacuumStore came up with a better price for the same model. In addition, an extra 10% discount was given on the order that included free shipping. All in all saved around $50.00 extra. Also the shipping was fast with delivery. So it pays to do your research.

E vacuum store returns
January 25, 2023

A vacuum store will make you pay your own shipping to return the product. It took them almost a month to get my vacuum cleaner bags. I couldn't wait that long so I had to go to the nearest so and vac store and purchase them for half the price.
Now they tell me I have to pay the shipping to return it to them.

Right part, great price

I originally tried to order my part from another parts store and after 5 weeks waiting for it, contacted them only to be told it was back ordered. I asked for a refund and found eVacuumstore. Within a week I had my part and for less than I would have paid from the other supplier. Great service.

Ordered 50 vacuum bags which were not as advertised, they sent me a return shipping lable and I sent them back.NO CREDIT TO MY ACCOUNT HAS EVER COME, I get the run around every time I call them...do not trust this company with your money, glad I did not buy an expensive vacuum cleaner from them!

I tried to order filters online and could not decide what I actually needed so I called this company to place the order. This Yankee lady was insistent that I needs a particular filter, so I gave her my cc and info. When I received them, indeed they were not what I described to her. After going through 4 different people that refused to understand my frustration, I am still stuck with 2 boxes of the wrong filter. No matter how many times I described my filter along with a picture, I was told that filter had been changed to the felt filters I was sent. I tried the filter in my machine and am convinced these people are thick and do not intend to correct my problem because they refuse to admit there is a problem

So much for customer service. I purchased two boxes of Sebo Vacuum bags. Cost $75. Bought wrong model. I only found out when I used up all of my existing bags. They refused a return or exchange. This is bad customer service. I would never do this to one of my customers. It guarantees this kind of review.

Unorganized and without a clue!

Ordered an important part for a vacuum that i needed for my business. I received email that item was shipped 9/27 by USPS priority. After 3 days and not receiving order i checked the tracking and it stated that a label has been created but not shipped. I called the customer service on 10/4 too inquire why the order STILL was in preshipment. I talked to a confused and unorganized operator who promised me shed get back to me during the day to rectify the situation. After no call for 8 hrs i called again and the explanation i got was that the item was shipped the 27th - i explained to the agent that USPS tracking still had the item in preshipment... she then told me she had no idea what was going on and would have to investigate it again- i then canceled the order and bought item on amazon and it will be here in 2 days. I tried to give another vendor a chance to get my business instead of amazon, but this company fell way short- do not use, bad company and very unorganized.

I called this company and bought a system they recomended, made here in the US, I bought the kit, I received the Vacumaid unit, which worked great, however, the attachments were from Germany and do not work with my system. Sebo is the name of the attachments, which need the European connections... I would not take a chance with this company

Poor response

Ordered belts and filters for our Bissell. There was a delay in shipping due to an understandable supply chain delay. When finally shipped, we did not receive the goods. The post office showed delivery but we never received it. Contacted eVacuumStore and they immediately started a file. I received a message from them stating that the shipment was being returned to them and that they would refund or replace the order. We asked for a replacement as we wanted the merchandise. That was three months ago. We have had one follow-up message saying they would email us when a refund was issued. To date, we have no belts or filters, no refund, and no email. Our experience with eVacuumStore has turned very sour from what could have been a great customer service opportunity.

Horrible Customer Service
December 29, 2021

The initial order of my power nozzle seemed to be very smooth, to the point that I made comments about how easy it was to place the order. It was after that, the customer service fell to pieces. Extremely rude representative I just hung up with again. The team at EVacuum seems as if they have absolutely no idea what they are doing, or selling. My product will be returned immediately, so i can order from a professional organization. Do not use this company.

Defective Electrolux Central Vac
July 20, 2021

I bought a electrolux central vacuum in april of 2020. My house was not finised until May of 2021, so i never had a chance to use it until then. Within an hour or use rhe vacuum put out smoke and set our smoke detectors off while my wife was on the other side of the house. Turns out the motor was defective and setting off sparks. Called evacuumstore and they said they'd warranty and send the motor out. On june 8, i called back and asked for instructions on how to install it and the vacuum store said they didn't have any and would not pay for labor. I never received the motor. Called again june 25 to check the status. No ETA or nothing they could do. Called waited almost a month and called in to check the status. No status. I asked if they'd back their product and send me a new one if i sent mine back. Their manager josh said he couldn't and the way they back their products is by providing a Manufacturers warranty. They will not assist you or do anything, even if your product is dangerous. Don't do business with them. Even for a 1500 dollar purchase, they will not assist.

HORRIBLE- NEVER received my $600 vacuum
July 8, 2021

Warning this company is a fraud I never received my vacuum and the customer service is bad. I ordered a $600 dollar vacuum.

They claimed to have sent a 2nd shipment, I never received it. AND I also never received an email with tracking number or ANYTHING, notifying me of this new vacuum coming in.

How can I be on the lookout for a package when these people don't update me?

After this, I contacted UPS to set up a claim, and get this figured out and they claim that Evacuum store provided them a different address than the one I gave Evacuumstore. I made Evacuumstore aware of this situation, and they still refused to help me.

The chat representatives were Sean and Mike. I spoke with Sean about my order twice & the last time, he had the audacity to end the chat on me- not professional at all.

All in all, the sales manager refused to give me a refund and categorize my order as a fraud (only because my IP addresses showed that I was in Texas and Mexico, which is totally normal for a person going on vacation).

They make no sense my vacuum never got home and I'm so mad at how they never answer honestly about my order!

Unnecessarily rude 'service'
July 8, 2021

What a disappointment. When my expedited (at my expense) shipment didn't leave their warehouse on time I was told to refuse the delivery. I did so and waited six weeks for a refund. On calling their 'returns' department today and speaking with Andrew I was told that I had already been refunded three weeks ago (which, if true, is not appearing on my credit card statement online). When I said I hadn't received the refund, he told me it can take a day or two to appear (which is odd, as he said it was issued more than three weeks ago). When I told him again that it isn't there, he hung up on me.

I disputed with American Express. "Service" from this company has been a disappointment from the get-go. I bought elsewhere and recommend that others do the same.
