When the shipment was received one of the cases had broken latches. The e-trailer representative was quick to contact the manufacturer for me, and I had a replacement case within days. Way to go Lauren! I look forward to ordering from etrailer again in the future.

Was good to watch the video to confirm I'm buying the right part.
My "new" truck is a work model, and did not come with a plug for connecting my trailer, ( it had a dummy cap in the bumper)although Chevy provided the wiring for it, it was capped off. Bought the Hopkins twist mount for my year… fit perfectly in the hole in the bumper, and I'm happy with the workmanship of the connector.
I was weary of purchasing from this website as I had never heard of it, and was very skeptical because we inquired about a camper part for our awning that was significantly cheaper here, enough to make you think it's a scam. We decided to take this risk and order the part anyways, and I was so pleased when realizing how fast they shipped the item, as well as how fast I received it. It was exactly the part I needed, and I am extremely pleased!
As always e-trailer is a great resource and very knowledgeable company to deal with. Unfortunately though the last few items that I have ordered have been shipped through our extremely inefficient postal service and it has been taking 7 to 10 days to deliver after I receive the email that they have been shipped. Most other companies that I order parts through ship through UPS or FedEx and delivery is always 2 to 3 days. Its got to the point that I shop around now and if someone else has what I need the same price I order from them instead of e-trailer just so I don't need to wait so long to get it.
The responses from your experts to other customers that were looking for the same part was very helpful to me in finding what I was looking for. I received the part, and it worked perfectly. Thank you.
They were easy to work with it was easy to order, but they didn't fit. To return I have to pay freight, which bugs me a little. If the return goes easy then I'd say it's a good place to work with if I have trouble with the return a little bit different story
Purchased a double 10" drop hitch for use for a towed vehicle and bike rack, but later discovered it was going to be borderline clearance between bike rack and jeep. Contacted etrailer via instant message and they helped me work the issue, but discovered the hitch probably wasn't going to work. They immediately sent me all the necessary information to return the hitch if I needed to op for another product from another supplier.
Fortunately everything worked out great once everything was connected and completed a trial run. Great customer service and company who stands by product sold with priority being the customer.
Product was as described and appears of good quality. Good instructional video ahead of order described install. Only issue when installing was some finessing to get the last of 6 bolts lined up and started. Torqued down fine after that.
This is a very well engineered product. I am 80 years old and installed it in my garage with a flashlight after dark by myself. If. You have installation problems then you didn't read the instructions.
