The bushings got here quickly and where exactly what I needed. Also, they were good quality and the price was the best on the internet. I was surprised how easy it was to order too. Overall was the best part I've got shipped in a long time.
Isaiah was very helpful and got me the parts I needed even after manufacturer said they were unavailable and I had to order new axle. Highly recommend
Everything worked out well. The only constructive feedback is that the bearings were set too tight. I had to back off the castle not 2 slots. I need wheels next. Any additional discounts for return costumers? Thanks
The shopping experience was great with fast shipping of the correct product the first time. Although the box was a somewhat banged up, the inside product had no flaws.
Exactly what I needed and rapid delivery. I have been trying to find one on amazon but not succesful
My parts were delivered timely as ordered.
I have installed them without issues.
Will be ordering from you on my next project.
Thank You!
Fast shipping. Everything worked as should. I'm happy with the company. I would order again from them.
I was rebuilding my boat trailer brake actuator and needed two large 3/4" clevis pins. After searching for an hour, and many hardware and trailer parts stores/sources, I was surprised to finally find them at Trailer Parts Depot. The price was right, and they were shipped quickly.
Initially good, with instant confirmation of payment, then "Crickets" No confirmation of shipment, waited a week, then sent email, then spirits went up again with a quick email follow-up. The disappointment again with FED Ex, as partial delivery arrived Sunday 8PM, no ring of door bell, or alert, packages sat outside overnight (thank goodness no Porch Pirates were out in the area LOL), When remaining package arrived, I noticed a trail from my door to the public street off SS screws and plastic sleeves for the guides, with about a 10% recovery. $36 later from my local ACE Hardware, I was able to install the items. In the end, nothing was damaged, but gave me pause about ordering on line in the future.
I could not find what I needed locally and found it at Trailer Parts depot, at a great price, and shipping was fast.
