Exceptional customer service each and every time I've gone to rent a car from the Enterprise at the Ford GR Airport (even when I'm not flying) I'll go to this location for rentals. The thoughtfulness and intention from the beginning to the end of the rental is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I had a good experience here the staff were very nice and friendly. I would definitely go back to them. They took good care of me when I needed a rental due to somebody hitting my car and I was glad I was able to get help from them.

Customer service was good and they were friendly. The car, however, had trash in it upon receiving. It also had a very strong and unpleasant smell in it. It might have been a strong cleaner trying to cover up a smoke smell? I had to drive with the windows cracked for the first few weeks.

Excellent customer service at every step of the rental process. I received the car I requested and, even more impressive, was told the agreed-upon price several times while picking up and dropping off the car. No tricks, no surprises; I felt respected and valued.

Essex branch is awesome! The staff goes above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible for you. The girl atvthe front with long dark hair is the absolute best! The girl who got my car ready kina had it done in less than 10 minutes and it was spotless! Best branch in MD

My vehicle was damaged, so I had to drop it off at a body shop. The enterprise agent worked with me to pick me up from the body shop, and was able to do so at MY convenience. Also, I needed a specific type of vehicle and after explaining my situation they were able to give me exactly what I needed. They were pleasant and incredibly helpful in a stressful situation.

Best enterprise easily. These guys worked with my schedule were fast and flexible and were able to help me get the rental i wanted and as well as with my life changes were flexible even with abrupt changes and had no issues to help me out. Would definitely do business here again. I love them, literally.

The whole process was very easy. I booked the car online the night before I received a confirmation and a phone call the next morning. I picked up the car and it was easy in and out. I rented a Ford Explorer. I liked how it had very dark tinted windows. It worked perfect for our needs. Returning the car, took one minute, so quick and easy.

Each Enterprise representative that assisted me was knowledgeable, helpful and presented the information in such a manner that I was able to use and thus operate my rental car efficiently. Due to the representatives my experience was a '10' in all ways and I totally appreciate.
