Paid $240ish canadian on a lace wedding dress. The straps looked like they would break at any moment, the material felt like plastic and I could barely move in the dress. The refund process is sketchy and also expensive compared to the cost of the dress.
Look on facebook marketplace if you're on a budget, these dresses get sent to you from china and are not the same quality thats in the photos on their website.
Was nervous about buying such an important dress online, but couldn't find anything I loved locally. So, I took a chance! The dress was beautiful! It was high quality, sizing was accurate (used their measuring guide). Just ask them any questions, click, and buy!
Got many compliments on my dress. Felt so confidence all night long. Had to get some alterations done. The bust area and the split had too much fabric, making it hard to see the split, but overall it was beautiful. Plus, the customer support was very responsive.
Bought a dress and it was well-made, with the right amount of sequins for shine but not tacky, and it fitted well. Shipping took much longer than had expected, and they used a FedEx bag instead of a box. But I had to admit that it is a beautiful gown for an amazing price.
Total scam. Don't buy. The dress looked cheap and smelled of chemicals. The apliques on the dress were glued on, not sowed on. My dress was also badly designed. I submitted my measurements yet the zipper hole was way too small for me to even try on the dress. I ended up calling Chase and reporting them as fraud.
I am a person with PTSD and it was difficult for me to shop online. Emailed the support team almost twice a day for nearly 25 days. They replied quickly and were being polite. Ordered a custom size, and it fit perfectly. Great customer service!
I placed an order on 3/12/2023 with an estimated arrival date of 4/5/2023. As of today, 4/3/2023 when I check the status it still says not shipped. I have emailed customer service, but have heard nothing back. I need this dress by May and am afraid with the distance I may not have it in time. I don't know how to get details on my order?
Searched online for a budget dress for my elopement for nearly two months. Nothing I liked on bridal websites fitted my budget, so tried pinterest and found this site. Got a size 20 Wide and customized it. The delivery was fast and as expected. For all the plus-size brides-to-be out there, try this dress - it fit all my curves perfectly!

I ordered a dress for my son's wedding. The dress I ordered was fitted with a bateau neckline, 3/4 length sleeve and a sash. What I got was a dress with a gathered waistline and NO SASH - completely hideous and unflattering. To return it overseas would cost 1/2 of the dress amount and months before a refund would be issued. I had no idea the company was based in China.

I see now I'm not the only one who didn't receive their order on time and then got ghosted after trying to ask Alex where my order is. Now that I spent my money on the order I won't receive in time for my wedding, I don't have enough money or time to get another option.
