DME Hub

I called DME Hub looking for a replacement part for my wheelchair. I had been given quotes from two different places that were really quite high. In each case I was required to buy two of what I needed. Dave from DME Hub look up my part and assured me I only need to order one. The cost was more than half of what the other places wanted to charge me. I highly recommend them for all of your wheelchair needs. The customer service was superb!

I liked these folks when I first bought from them in about 2015. Used to send quality- shipped right away. In 2021 I ordered a Roho cushion. Paid full retail. They didnt schedule delivery until I checked two weeks later-- then they sent me a used cushion. You can tell when they are new. When they are old the cells spread and balloon. Very disappointing. When I contacted them, they referred me to new parent company of Roho- Permobil. Then I contacted Permobil/ Roho- they sent me a replacement- sent another used cushion too. Circulation is affected- legs swelling. Not good. I have sent complaints to two federal agencies so far. Will follow up with at least two more. Anyone wanting help filing complaints- let me know.
