I bought two off loading post-op shoes for my Father, who eventually passed away before even trying them. After his death, I wanted to return the unused shoes, hoping for at least store credit, since it was several months later. They told me I was unable to return the shoes, even for credit. They were rude and not helpful. I am a customer who is totally unsatisfied, not with the product, but the customer service. I will never buy from them again! And suggest you look elsewhere if you want complete satisfaction.
Beware, have been ordering from this place for years, had noticed i was being charged twice, called spoke with finance by the way extremely rude no customer service whatsoever who stated the charges would drop once merchandise was shipped, they never did.

I wish i had checked reviews before purchase! I ordered urgent medical supplies to be delivered by the time my father came out of hospital; no delivery or communication by expected shipping date. I called and emailed asking status and if not coming cancel order. Was told coming soon! Emailed back asking what is soon? Received email saying it will be delivered the following day. Nothing was delivered. I ordered from amazon as per mail. Finally items came after the amazon delivery.
I have been calling and emailing to return and refund money with no success.
I will continue to write bad reviews on every site until i get refund. Or company declare bankruptcy!
In mid September I received 2 items three times each. I did not order these items. On September 20 I used their contact form to request a return. Since then have sent 4 emails with no reply. I called once (waited 20 minutes) and was told on that call they had to research the problem before they could authorize a return.
They must be having serious internal issues. I do not recommend purchasing from them if they can not simply allow me to return the unopened items.
I started to use Allegro about 6 months ago. I reordered supplies to the tune of $139.22 on Thursday of last week (09/12/19). On Saturday I went to pay my electric bill and guess what, I was missing another $139.22 besides the first $139.22 from my checking account. Today (09/16/19) I called them to find out why and was told that this a hold until the first $139.22 cleared. I received the the order on 09/13/19 and my checking account was still missing the second $139.22. Now two things, 1.If the first $139.22 would not have cleared, what in the hell makes anyone think the other $139.22 would clear? 2.If I already had the items ordered, why keep the second amount hold on? Their deals are no deals, so BUYER BEWARE.
Their shipping rates are exorbitant - absolutely ridiculous. Buy elsewhere, I will for sure. I bought two tiny heel lifts, for $4.95 each - why did I pay over $25? $15 for shipping. It was listed as $8.95 on the website, which is also bad, but I was going to accept it, but not $15. It's totally ridiculous, they could have been sent in a letter envelope, that's how small they are, or even with priority mail and it would been half that price. It's a bad business. People who own businesses that care about their customers ensure that customers aren't ripped off and do what they can to ensure it doesn't happen. But not Allegra Medical.And zero customer service, no response to contact forms or emails. I suggest shopping almost anywhere else.
I placed an order for two of the same items, was charged for both, but only received one. They have not answered my emails and every time I call, I'm told that they'll look into it and get back to me in 24 hrs. I have not received a single call back and have not received a refund or the missing item. They keep blaming their vendors but I didn't purchase from a vendor, so I don't understand why they can't refund me for their mistake. I will keep calling and report them to the better business bureau if necessary. Will not purchase from again and don't recommend to anyone.
I ordered an item on Saturday; Allegro stated at time of purchase that it would arrive by the following Friday. I got no receipt from them, only from paypal, no tracking information, nothing. I called on Monday to acquire about tracking the shipment, and an employee said he would look into it and call me back. He never did. I called a second time on Wednesday with the same result. I called again today, Thursday, and they told me that they didn't have inventory and were cancelling the order.
They never sent me an email cancelling the order. They still have not refunded the charge. Their communication is awful. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
I placed one order and my card has been charged 3 times. I can't get anyone on the phone or respond to my emails. I noticed another individual had a similar issue and used chase bank, for these transactions I used chase as well. Idk, anyone else dealing with this?
I ordered 10 of an item on May 19th. Received confirmation email and it stated items would be shipped with 5-7 days. By June 6th, I had not received the items and had not received any communication from the company regarding shipping, delalys, order cancelation, etc. Sent two separate emails to customer service - no response, tried to call, placed on hold and hung up on. Filed a dispute with my credit card company to have charge refunded. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
