I have ordered from this company for the last 5 years with no trouble at all. I placed an order late April - my CC was charged for full amount - no products received. I reached out to them -was told for about a month items were on back order - I asked them to ship what they did have - so they did - reached out again - items still on back ordered - they offered to ship a product replacement and take it off the balance they owed me - I agreed. They still owe me 3 items - worth about $30 - now when I call - all their phone numbers state they are out of service - I can only assume this means they are out of business - I even messaged them with no answer. Their website is still active along with their Facebook page - no evidence that anything is going on - take my advice - don't order anything as you will pay for it but will never get it!
I purchased a meter from them, Precision X for the low carb diet and checking for ketosis back in March 2017. I'm writing in June 2017 I purchased the strips to with it on Amazon. The test gave me an error. The directions in the manual state that the lot numbers of strips and meter must match, but they didn't and there is never any mention of this except on page 18 of the manual. I didn't use it right away (not smart) and by the time I realized it and pointed this it out, their response was, 'we don't sell that any more'. If they refund my money I will add to this review, but that does not sound like good business practice to me. I have yet to call the maker, Abbott and find out if I can still buy the strips to go with my meter.
I bought 4 boxes of Easy Talk test strips and received my order in a timely manner. This was my first time ordering from Diabetes Supplies 4 Less and I am very satisfied. If future orders have a problem I will certainly come back to this website and report but, at this time, I'm a satisfied customer.
They never answer the phone, I placed an order 4 weeks ago, via email I was told 3 different times my order would ship that day and it never did! Don't waste your time or money, like I did!
I purchase my insulin needles and have been doing so for two years and have had no issues with this company. I receive the product that I ordered and it is shipped out quickly.
Well I will never do business again with these people They say that they shipped my order well I never got it and they refuse to give me a refund because according to them it is already shipped well I cant $#*!ing afford to loose 40 dollars so I will not do business with them again and neither should anyone else
Well i orde some suply for my dad,, the page says same day shipping on orde over 100and place b4 2pm i did dad was a week ago. Haven't heard from them yet!

We use USPS Tracking, and any package not delivered is sent via UPS with tracking. We have never had a customer miss two tracked and delivered packages.
My guess is "Brenda B" is a competitor.
