Ordered 3 glucometer "kits" but after opening one realized we had only received just the glucometers. Called customer service and was told to ship the two unopened glucometers, since they wouldn't take the opened one back. Was never told at that time, that we would only get a partial refund for the two "unopened" packages. It cost us more to ship the two back then they were worth. Called customer service again to be told there was nothing she could do, but she would pass it on to her manager. Never heard from anyone. We won't be purchasing anything from diabetessupplies4less ever again. Poor communication and poor customer service.
