I have been ordering with them for two months now. All items arrived 100%, delivered with care, on time or earlier and nicely pack. Clothes sizes fit well, cloth feels good and doesn't have stinky chemical smell.

I ordered the Baby Solid Jumpsuit with Headband Set. But the middle part of the headband sprung thread.
I send my pictures to Customer Service. Then the Patpat service Team is really nice and quick response.
Especially Dan *Customer Service* help me to solve the problem quickly.
I got a refund of all amount for the Jumpsuit set. And the Jumpsuit is of good quality and the same as the picture on the website.
