I purchased a sofa and 2-chair cover set to replace a set from another company that ripped in just 2 years. These Covers are substantially weighty, even though I bought the mid-weight version. The online instructions are flawless, the phone advice was accurate and the covers look beautiful and durable. I live on the west coast and experience winter rain and high winds. So far, these covers don't seem the least phased by either. I highly recommend these covers.
My product is perfect if not for the fact that the cutout for the outlet valve is on the wrong side of the cover. I take responsibility for this - I did not realize that while the default dimensions (48"x42") essentially matched my tote exactly, the cutout is on the longer dimension by default. It is however disappointing. This default IS the opposite from any IBC tote I've ever worked with, but I don't know whether that's the case for most. So I'll just warn whoever's reading this to consider the cutout valve placement ;)

I was impressed with how quickly this cover was sent to me. Good quality. This is the second custom order I have made with covers and all. I'm quite satisfied with the product. On this particular fire pit cover, the elastic ties that are supposed to sinch the cover tighter, don't really work and are difficult to tighten. I'm not sure if that is because the cover is new and a bit stiff but other than that, the fit is very good.

Very disapointed, extra money, charging 140$ extra over 400$ already paid and collected. I was kind of a prisoner for this company. Or I pay the extra 140$ charged or I lose my order and what I paid for. It's disgusting, It was very frustrating. They never want to reimburse me and cancel the order. I vigorously won't recommend doing business with them.

The clear tarp I got is not what you buy in the hardware store. It's much thicker and sturdier. I haven't had it up for very long yet but it seems like it will withstand the winter wind so far.
I wanted new cushions for my chairs back and seat cushions but they are too expensive. To replace the cushions on just one chair would cost me more than 200$. That is the downfall. Good product but way too costly. The tarp was not a terrible price but the cushions are too much.

It is my second cover and as the first one I was totally satisfied. My only issue is that I make a mistake for the length. I order in inches instead of centimetres, as a result it is too long. I will check in the summer if I can get it shortened.
