We ordered the Ashley furniture Bayless sectional from 1StopBedrooms, and despite it being on backorder, the shipping and delivery process was very fast and efficient! They made sure to keep us up-to-date every step of the way and answered any questions I had about the process. The couch came in perfect condition with all tags intact and the white glove delivery ensured it was fully assembled in the exact spot we wanted it without any heavy lifting on our end. I would highly recommend ordering from this site, I can't wait to place our next order!
I placed my order online, there were some conflicting emails. The customer service center was closed for the night. I was transferred multiple times the next day and the final person was condescending regarding my irritation due to this. Every other person I dealt with after that was very helpful, so I'm hoping that day was not the norm. The delivery men were extremely respectful and made sure to call ahead of time to let me know when to expect them. I am extremely happy with my items and my experience after the first calls, which is why I'm still giving the 5 stars. The other employees made up for the misstep.

Great product, as well as customer service. I ordered a bed as well as nightstands, the furnitures were all exactly as described. The delivery team coordinated the process smoothly. They were great professionals.
Worst experience I have every had. I keep getting the run around for furniture delivery. I keep getting the run around from 1Stop Bedrooms. I have missed 2 days from work and now being told it supposed to deliver on 2 different dates. I am going to file a complaint with the FTC and BBB.
Answer: No the worst company ever. Try to charge you extra after order is placed and paid for. Than you can not even cancel they delay until they can charge you extra fees. Horrible all the way around.

This does depend on some factors that can change the delivery window such as if an item is in stock and what warehouse it ships from. If you call and talk to one of our live salesman they can give you a more accurate delivery window. Thank you!
