While I needed the service, it worked well enough. The nightmare started over a year ago when I tried to get AMEX to cancel their charges. They use a new Merchant ID every month so they are unable to be blocked. Anyone in Canada that is able to investigate this fraudulent activity would be doing the Lord's work. Beware.

As of November 2021, I have contacted coparently five times. Their website no longer works, and I cannot log expenses. In addition they are still billing me 9.99 per month, they never answer their phone, and they never answer their emails. What a scam! Do not sign up with them.
