I bought a pair of trainers from this website boxing day, waited ages for them to arrive but did accept delay had something to do with snow at the time, when they arrived they where american size (i partially take blame for this) so i have to return them back to china, cost me £16 to return as company wanted them tracking, they have since sent email 23/2/2010 to confirm trainers received and refund would be made 2-3 working days, to date nothing, i have sent loads of message requesting my money but they don't even reply to them, wouldnt touch this company at all if you have any sense, cheaper in the long run to buy the trainers from country you live in from shop, at least you can speak to someone face to face and you don't feel like you have been ripped off.
I ordered a pair of trainers over two weeks ago and are still not here yet they have taken my money, have emailed and had no reply also there is no phone no so i have no way of contacting them i would advise people not to buy from this site they are diabolical.
About 4months ago i ordered some nike air max bw for £48 and they came and i thought they looked awsome 1week later they started falling apart.my mom suggested there fake she was spot on. I did wonder why they were cheap but i thought they were genuine discount.the matrial started to come apart sole worn inside and out in 1week. Buyneasy sell fakes be worned people...
Ordered a Canon Zoom lens which was stated to be "In stock".
Next day received an email stating "order canceled".
Hopeless!
