I have liked Huawei since the first moment that I bought a phone made by them. Their phones are good but not all of the,. They have come a long way and that is something worth noting. They just need to change the way the handle people's data as they were banned in some places because of that.
Huawei has made some really good phones and I have got a chance to sue many of them so far and just a few of them have disappointed me. This is just their official website where they announce their new release anything else interesting.
The company has a nice line of tech products.
They are well-known with their smartphones but there are a lot of things that worth attention in your day to day use.
Like routers or earphones, those are also actually good if you try it. I have several of the products at the moment and all of them work great, especially for the price.
My experience with my 1st Huawei Y9 was extremely good. I have a 2 year old boy and he throw it on a pool 3 times and the cell didn't shut. It definitely has some marks of water but I find it a very reliable cell phone been it's not water proof. Now I changed it to Huawei Y9 prime and hope it lasts as much as his little brother.
It has a lot of space. Moves very good. Does not freezes. I'm very happy with my buy.
Huawei Workmate X wrong keyboard
Huawei Workmate X. Delivered in a reasonable time but with a French or Belgium AZERTY keyboard. Contacted customer disservice right away who do nothing. They escalated my case to a department that is uncontactable. No one knows anything. I am told I am in a queue but no one can contact them to find out how long an escalated case takes. I can't work with this foreign keyboard at speed, for my work as an author. I have deadlines to meet. Useless, uncaring, no service. This would be a good computer, if it came with the correct parts. You cant connect any other keyboard by the way.
I recently purchased a Huawei mobile Wifi dongle and it has been great whilst we wait for our WIFI to be set up. It's super small and compact so it doesn't take up much space, it's easily hidden and easy to move around the house if needed. I just wish it had a longer USB cord!
Huawei has ben inthe business for years now and I started using their phones way back. I just bought their mate 7 and it is a good phone. They really put in sem good work to making that phone work as good as ever. There Is no other phone brand that I trust as much as I trust Huawei.
All I said such a poor customer service 1 month with this $#*!ty phone no one helping waste my money on this not recommended to anyone buy Huawei, should other brands phone who always happy to help you out not like that I have no words what to say I wish i can speak to owner of this company and tell him to sell sweetcorn rather than this Business
So my wife recently gifted my the P40, I am very happy but there are some tweaks that need to be fixed, something of a lag between switching apps and the camera has some very small focus details.
It's garbage, I bought it a few weeks back and am deeply disappointed.
It has been released without the ability to Sync Google tasks and calendar with Google tasks and calendars on other devices.
When I called their customer service they promised to look into it and get back to me.
5 days and 6 calls later they continue to brush me off.
No company should be allowed to release goods to customers under false representation.
What on earth is the point of having an Android operating system if it doesn't sync with Google calendar!
If you are undecided about the phone to get I urge you to go with another phone and company,
Both the phone and customer service leave a lot wanting.
