To first say it i ordered my item in march third still haven't shipped then they let me know it's on back order a week later. They didn't even let me know that at first then i ask for a cancellation then the next day they want to magically ship it and tell me i need to pay a 25% restocking fee. The crazy thing is I asked to return it before it was even shipped out and now i need to pay for it. Complete screw up and waist of money and horrible customer service couldn't even accommodate me properly. Just completely upset.
One month ago I sprained my ankle 😠 I went to all the necessary check-ups and fortunately it was nothing serious, but I couldn't walk at all in the first couple of days. On my second medical check-up, the doctor opened my eyes about this store and recommended that I should get an ankle brace to speed up my recovery process and at the same time it will help me to move around. I ordered immediately. I checked the reviews and the most recommended one was the Bio-Logix Ankle Brace, a bit more expensive compared to others but it did a perfect job for me.
It is adjustable and it truly fixes your ankle. I recommend this brace to anyone who got unlucky and sprained his ankle.
Ordered a brace from a manufacturer and they sent a different brand. They wouldn't allow me to return the item. It was unopened unused. If you read their policies they can't guarantee the descriptions so your credit card company will not guarantee the item. The Norton guarantee program is also a fraud as they don't guarantee the product.

I firmly believe when a person has a good or great experience that they mostly keep it to themselves. I have also found that a customer with a bad experience will make sure the whole world knows. I recently ordered a product for my granddaughter. First I read the company reviews and made sure all my questions were answered. I ordered on Monday and my order came 4 days later on Friday. I had a very positive experience. BracePlanet deals with some specialty items. I may not have to make future purchases but I am glad that my transaction was five star.
Ordered light weight back brace. Wearing it. Back improved, not cured of course, but less pain when standing and walking. Very helpful.

With the quality and the bells and whistles, if you wanted them. Was shipped fast and for free. Just as advertised.
The size which I chose based on the chart was too small. I even measured my thigh and calf, then based my decision on the size according to the chart. I have returned the brace and requested a size XL. I am awaiting its arrival. Based on how long it took to receive my original order, I expect it will take another 3 weeks before I receive it.

Contacted Customer Service through the Chat option immediately upon receiving my order. Brae much too large and was told I could send back for an exchange but first need an authorization number. Did send the requested e mail to customer service 1 week ago and still no return auth number. Was told would receive one in 2-3 business days!
Guess I am stuck with a brace that I cannot use. Should have read prior reviews re this company
