Quality of items better than I'd expected but to return anything… they make it so difficult! Absolute nightmare and has definitely put me off using them again. I won't be recommending for others to use them either.
Placed an order beginning of June, my order was forgotten about. After 3 weeks I chased this and they immediately sent it out. It's now been 7 days, a month or so in total and I am still yet to recieve my order...

I bought two pairs Sandals of boutiquefeel. They were cheaper than elsewhere and arrived very promptly. So long as you know your size this is the easiest way to buy footwear. Would recommend this company.

Do NOT buy from this company. They are indeed thieves. They lie about items in stock and beg for good reviews. They took my money for expedited shipping and then held the items because I was honest about not being satisfied with their level of customer service. Perfect LBD for a dinner date or an event. Stretchy material so it hugs your curves without displaying lumps and bumps if you size correctly. Room for large busts as well. Definitely one of my favorites.
