I had very pleasant experience with this site. I actually used to shop at their store in San Diego, but after I moved I still buy from them on the web. They ship for free and I save on taxes :) Customer service is always good and it was easy to get return, they even provided me with prepaid return label. Designer Studio is one of my favorite stores for shoes and jeans.
If I could give this store zero stars, I would. The owner is an arrogant man who speaks to people, including employees, like garbage. They sell most of their items on Amazon, which I'm sure violates their contracts with Lacoste, UGG, Creative Recreation, etc. They also hire most of their employees from Mexico. I doubt they are even legal to work in the US. The store also appears to be hazardous to the employees. I would never purchase anything from this store again. I suggest companies look into this store and think twice before doing business with them. Their "warehouse 5" is code for Amazon or any other online store.
I love to shop at designer studio in store and online! Great customer service and they ship orders very fast! If you are looking for a particular style they always try to get it for you! 5 STARS *****!
I ordered a pair of sand uggs and when i got it along the seam was a red dot that looked like it was blood. I called for an exchange n they told me they don't do exchanges but i can send product back and then re order a new pair. I had got 15% off when i purchased them and they told me the only way to get that again was to order right and and give credit card information over the phone which i do not trust. Also told me that when they received the boot they would see if they were worn if so then they wouldn't give me my money back and i would have already ordered another pair. I did not wear the boots other than to try one on to make sure it fit but clearly this is a scam place and prob would have made up an excuse to not give me my money back for their mistake. What legit company doesn't check their merchandise before sending it out. I will be getting my uggs else where. Please do not order from them unless u want to be ripped off
Shop somewhere else. I was wondering where my order was, after almost 2 weeks and no shipping confirmation. So I went online to find out. Little did I know it had been CANCELLED. How can you justify CANCELING my order without informing me? I am appalled by this non-existant customer service. Now the shoes are out of stock. I am going to check my card to make sure it was refunded properly.
Just ordered a pair of jeans at designerstudiostore.com, site said it was in stock. Was told a couple days later that they didn't have it and the merchant didn't know when it would be back in stock, maybe "a couple days." I responded that they shouldn't advertise an item as being in stock if it wasn't. It's been two days and there's been no response. Inexcusable. Sham.

Hi, I ordered a pair of lacoste shoes a week ago. I got wrong size and they paid for my return label plus send me my size for free. I think this is very reliable store. Will shop with them again!
The price was very reasonable and affordable compared to other stores with the same merchandise so I got two pairs and got free shipping. No problem with delivery which also fast.
I needed some Ugg boots for my daughter. I found them at the Designer Studio store at a much better price than the local department stores. They arrived quickly in the mail. My daughter loves them!
