This site is bogus. I placed an order for a product 5 weeks ago and have not received it as of yet. I get the run around from the support department. I think this is someone running a business out of their home. I plan on disputing the payment with Visa. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!
Bad Experience - Placed an order on 11/1/08, money dedected from my checking account. Told the order had shipped that day by the USPS. I did not get the order as of today 11/12/2008 and contacted them via web. After their Sales Department had told m a week account the order had shipped, IT HAD NOT. They were not going to ship until this Saturday, the 15th. I cancelled the order and was told that it will take at least 7 days to return my money even though they got their's on the same day order was placed.
