Bathselect is top notch when shopping for bathroom fixtures! I was impressed with the variety of different luxury shower heads there site had to offer! I decided on a beautiful rainfall shower! The quality and design helped modernize my shower and looks amazing! I was happy to find that it was so easy for me to install aswell!

We desperately needed new shower heads & let's just say Bathselect came in for the win! Their customer service team was very hospitable & I got my order in no time! Definitely worth giving them a try!

I placed an order in April 2024, and never received any communication from BathSelect.com
After many months, when I finally followed up, the customer service rep advised that the model I wanted was no longer available, and made other recommendations.
We finally decided on an alternative model, and shipping arrangements were made.
Months later, I was advised by UPS that the shipper never actually sent the package.
(And I am also suspecting that BathSelect.com sub-contracted by order to another vender via AliExpress.)
The whole situation is super messy, I have no product, and they took my money.
There is another way to describe what they did: FRAUD

Be very careful.
Better to use more trusted vendors, even if the price is higher.

I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family it's very beautiful Bathselect's shower systems are top-notch. Easy to customize able and it has great water pressure, and they add a touch of luxury to any bathroom.

This shower unit was very easy to install, looks great and works really well. The pressure in my area is low but this shower gives a really strong spray and waterfall experience, I highly recommend it. The customer service was outstanding.

I came across BathSepect and purchased the tivoli LED musical remote controlled recessed ceiling mount shower system with hand shower and body Jets, it's ideal for those looking to improve their showering comfort. It has three functions: rainfall, waterfall, and mist, and LED lights that change with water temperature. Quality is great. Sure I'm going to buy another one, next remodel.

The costumer service was super helpful and responsive. They were helpful and everything. They were easy to install and also fixed the water hammering issue that a certain amount of people have with this shower system. After installing the check valves and having no water hammering in the system it is really a wonderful shower to have. I highly recommend!

I purchased a beautiful exposed shower system. It was $567. When I received the system it was missing the part that attaches to the long rod on one end and the wall on the other. Can't install without this piece. They were helpful, said they'd ship it right away, and they did. Oops wrong part, send me another, oops, wrong part. Third time is a charm, nope, wrong part. Now 6 weeks in, holding up my renovation, starting to blame me. Insinuating I'm purposely holding up my project, costing me for the plumber and tile guy to make 2 useless trips and costing me hundreds of dollars. They start ignoring me, said they sent a rerun label but they didn't. I ended up having to purchase another system, I didn't like as much, and call AMEX to get my refund. Do not trust this company.

I bought the Valencia Rainfall waterfall shower set from bath select back in Jan Only had a chance to be installed back in April. I had bought the gold finish its brilliant gold perfect match for the rest of the bath fixtures. Surprisingly installation instructions was kind of basics so nothing was a surprise, and did not take much to install. All in all this shower set made the bathroom look more expensive. And bathselect deserve a 5 star.

Bathselect is my go-to for bathroom upgrades. Their fixtures are of the highest quality, and their shower head is so wonderful with the different setting. I highly recommend this product.
