An answering service answers the phone, but they cannot actually do anything to help you. Only tell you that someone will call you back, but they don't.

Customer service was always available and friendly

Called few times BathSelect I feel it was always fairly easy to get hold of customer service at BathSelect I would guess took each time I called only few seconds.

I called 2 times and every time my call was answered right away

Quite easy specially when calling within normal business hours.

Contacting customer service at Bath Select has always been very easy usually I get through in less than a minute wait. Besides they are always professional.
