Customer service quick and responsive. The personalised image quality I provided was not sufficient, but the team quickly created a matching image to produce a great finishing product. Very happy with the service and delivery.
I simply wanted a repeat order after 9 months, but my Artwork had been disposed of by Bannerbuzz after 6 months so I had to resubmit. I did. Then they said my font size (accepted last time) was no longer acceptable, as it was too small. So it all turned out to require several emails and was a lot harder to get my boomarks than I expected.

After that time, the files are unfortunately no longer available, which is why we had to go through the proofing process again for your new order. We truly regret that this additional step led to delays and made the process more complicated than it should have been, especially when the font size issue arose, which had previously been accepted.Please know that your feedback is incredibly valuable to us, and we will continue to work on improving our process to make things smoother for our customers in the future. I ordered vinyl banners to use in our church noticeboards as I couldn't find anywhere to do custom sized extra large posters. I'm so pleased with them, the print quality is good, they were easy to put up and the magnets hold them in place well. No more crinkling paper ones!

Upon reviewing your order, we can see that the proof was sent within 30 minutes of order placement, and we attempted to contact you within the first hour. However, the contact number provided was incorrect, which prevented us from reaching you. Additionally, the proof approval was received approximately 9 hours later, which resulted in a one-day shift in the delivery timeline.We understand the concerns this situation may have caused. We also see that your order has been canceled, and the refund has been successfully initiated. Your feedback is valuable, and we will work on improving our processes to ensure a smoother experience in the future.
They don't do shoddy work. Everything was checked and checked again before final production. Products are all really high quality too... Good job
