Received the hanging banners for the elementary school lunchroom. The printing turned out amazing! So excited to hang them and get reactions from the kids when they see them! Will order from BANNERBUZZ again in the future! Pricing is great too!
Easy to follow on how to upload. Shipping price is great. Very satisfied. I like how they question certain things to make sure what you sent is correct. I know the photos I've sent for banners haven't been good quality and I think it's nice they question that. I don't like not having great photos to send but I have to use what I get sometimes. Some companies just print and move on and show no concern if something is wrong with the graphic. I'm glad Banner Buzz questions the art and sends proofs. I'm a designer and I know sometimes I don't catch things. I've been really impressed with their thoroughness. Thank you!

Good but some specs vague to me. Final view would be nice. Wrong item was put in my basket as a purchase. You said it wasn't - it was. You said you removed it - you didn't. Even after I received my order you send me a request to evaluate the product I never ordered but stayed on my page as a purchase. You have serious problems with your web site purchase system. You used several hours of my time and the problem was STILL not addressed. Luckily, you did not send the additional WRONG item BUT...it still remained on my order page AND you now are asking me to comment on it as a purchase. WOW.

Product isn't bad - the service is terrible!
Paid extra for expedited shipping - arrived late - after the event I needed them for!
Customer service is terrible! Argued with me - told me that there was an 11% chance if would not get it on time - did not even offer to refund the expired shipping fee!
Had to escalate to higher levels, and then they obstructed all my refunds - I threatened to go to my credit card company for a full refund. I had to jump through hoops, answer two emails, and call 5 times!
Finally refunded the expedited shipping after much frustration! Why didn't they do that from the start?

We were shorted 50 boxes. We were charged for 350 boxes but only received 300. There was a surprise courier fee that was added at the end that more than doubled the price. The boxes look fine, but they were hard to put together. If you order from here, check your proof carefully because our logo was upside down but we caught and corrected that. I would not order from this company again.

The website makes you assume the company is in Georgia, while it is actually in India. I paid for a designer to design 5 vinyl stickers for a trade show. I gave a positive review after ordering as the chat customer service was helpful. Once the company had my order and my money I never heard from a designer. I finally called to find out the status of the order. The design had not been started. I did receive a proof and immediately approved it. I was quoted a delivery date of 2/27. It is now March 2nd and I'm being told I might get the order by 3/7 or 3/7. When the trade show is over.

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
