From an easy process to a task Avery has made printing labels an impossible process. It used to be fun, now I have wasted hours and will return my newly purchased labels back to Amazon.
After years of using, I have given up.
Don't buy if you want to print labels.
The most unprofessional customer service I have ever had encounter with in the label world! The company keeps changing label material without informing the clients, low quality!
This is the most cumbersome software I've worked with. I have been working with PCs since the late 80's and taught Microsoft software from 1990 until 2015. This takes the cake in difficulty to edit and print.
Good luck.
So i have ordered hundreds of blank labels from averyI, no issue. On Sunday morning I placed a orderfor blank labels but a couple of hours later I realised I had made a mistake with one of the label sizes so I emailed them Immediately with all the deatails and asked if they could change it. I get get a crappy little reply telling me they cant be returned blah blah etc. Im like they probably havent even been made yet let alone sent to me so I assume just a pathetic standard response they send out. Anyone of a better label crowd to deal with?
The worst paper quality ever. I've ordered from them the last five times trying to see if it's a paper quality issue and I'm either getting the poorest quality paper or their printing out images that are not completely approved like off center. It's so bad I just have wasted hundreds of dollars with them.
I make candles in 6 oz tins and Avery doesn't have any high gloss labels in that size. Their size measurements are also not accurate. For my warning labels, they sent me the tags instead of the stickers I wanted.

Hi,
I usually order labels from avery and I am very happy.
This time, i payed extra money to have it rushed delivered by a certain date, and that request was ignored by two of their workers: Janeth Hernandez and Daniel Solis.
They ignored my emails, and did not give me a refund.

Ordered a large Bean Bag chair for my son before his Wedding, it is showing to be delivered in Illinois, funny thing is I live outside of Kansas City. No phone to call and they do not return email, Do not use these people. Crooked at best
Hi Scott, we are Avery Products. We specialize in labels, cards, and office products. Bean bag chairs are not part of our product catalog. You might be looking for Avery Decor, which upon a google search, looks like they sell bean bag chairs. Sorry that we could not be of more assistance.
Avery accepted my order to be sent to a po box knowing they only ship via UPS, a point which I missed. Upon finding out they would not deliver my package I called Avery and was told tuff luck. Looks like it's back to Amazon for me!
They have just sent me my labels without the text printed on it. Looks like no one is there for quality control.
This is the third time they have got my labels so wrong.
One time they refused to reprint my labels and did not refund me for their mistake.
Avoid this company at all costs.

Answer: I think part of the issue is that Avery Dennison sold off their Labels and Software to CCL in 2016. I luckily still have an older system that uses Windows 7 and Design Pro 5.5 software and I can print most labels the way I want them. The Design and Print software is garbage compared to the older now retired Design Pro 5.5. I have a feeling that Avery (from CCL) is trying to get users to pay to print via their service instead of having a capable program that users can print at home or at work. Even the Design and Print is going away from the "offline" version and going with Online only... I will NEVER go with an Online version ever period! Your better bet unfortunately is to download a template for either Word or Photoshop and print from there if you have a system that is not compatible with Design Pro. Design Pro was created by Avery Dennison and not CCL industries

Answer: Apparently it does. When I ask for a second or third PDF, the file name has (2) or (3) added.
