PC works perfectly, although make sure not to leave AURA on the motherboard. Causes input lag and can only be disabled in the BIOS. Struggled with it with support for about a week and only a Reddit thread helped. Probably best not to have it automatically installed on the PCs. Otherwise excellent service.

I can highly recommend Avaxos.
Excellent customer service and extremely helpful. Staff advised me what PC would best suite my needs. They kept me fully updated whilst my PC was being built.
The PC does everything I expected and more.

Big fan of Avaxos! I was able to pick the components for my computer easily, there were alerts to let me know if they thought I'd made a mistake or needed to clarify something, and the way they kept me updated on the progress of my order was top notch. My computer is beautiful!

Being able to take time to get my match of components just right and your straightforward notes on compatability. And your frequent reports on progress at each stage, all much appreciated.

From ordering to delivery communication was first class, I was kept informed of my order at all stages. My configuration works a treat and I am very pleased with the outcome.

Great experience from ordering to delivery. Advice from sales staff was very helpful in configuring the right PC for my needs. It was great to have updates right the way through the build from order, where it was in production, through to a "sneak peek" before it went into testing and the much anticipated arrival. The build time was remarkably quick and the machine is a delight to use, perfect for my graphics work and handles large databases with ease. Who knows, maybe I'll try a bit of gaming! This is my third order with Avaxos and each time they have either reached or exceeded my expectations
My latest build was with an RTX 4090 and an i9 *******k, and these are beasts and work great

Only two issues with my most recent order, one is that my case is a Corsair 5000t rgb, and sadly the border led strips don't light up, after checking with customer service from Avaxos and Corsair seems this is just a faulty model, although seemed to work in testing
And one further issue is my new PC seemed to overheat and switch off once although no repeat of this nor reason I can find it happened so may have fixed itself
Overall Avaxos are great and I would recommend them

The PC I ordered would not boot up into Windows. Contacted Customer service who advised to check the leads from the SSD card and found that the cable linking it to the motherboard was not plugged in properly.
I ordered a digital copy of Office 2021 which I presumed was installed for me but it wasn't. Again I had to contact customer service to sort it out.
PC now working fine but disappointed that my issues were not sorted prior to delivery. However customer service was brilliant however.

I needed a new computer set up that was tailored towards my specific needs rather than having the new model that catered towards everything.
Avaxos was straight forward to use, went a bit over my head as a new user, the pricing was fair, and the delivery time was great. Arrived in excellent condition too, and I'm very pleased with my computer now. Great job!

Absolutely amazing, the connection between them and the customer was brilliant i used to send them emails and they would always get back to me as soon as possible and always updated me on my pc. 5 stars

Really great PC, order did take a bit longer than I expected, also it had a bit of confusion during set up which could be made a bit clearer with a simplified instruction list specific to the PC. Overall no problems yet and I am really enjoying it so far.
