I've order from them a few times and the most recent was enough to keep me from ordering ever again. The material prior to 2020 was soft, fitted and had clear printing, now the material feels like rough cheap plastic, the fitting is way off and a lot of the prints look terrible in person. After placing a large order I emailed asking about exchanging ONE of the pieces that was supposed to be a gift due to how bad the image quality was (after deciding I would just wear the other items around the house) and never got a reply. Not sure what has happened to them but it's unfortunate.

I ordered $100 in custom tanks and the sizing was way off. They remade the order but made a second error and sent the wrong items and have since refused to fulfill my order properly. It was their error, twice, not mine. Now I'm stuck with customer tanks I can't wear and got screwed out of my money. Never again. Shady business.

What a disappointment. We ordered several pieces and the quality of the fabric was not as expected- it feels like plastic. Also, the prints didn't line up at the seams, which looks really bad. I followed the instructions to obtain a return authorization and did not receive a reply. I emailed their "customer service" department six times from three different email addresses, just to be certain the messages were being received, and never heard anything. Luckily, PayPal is backing me up and I am not obligated to pay for the merchandise.
