They sent me damaged furniture and 8 months later I'm still getting the runaround! Very unethical company!

This is a legit question. I believe this site is a complete scam. They lie and lie and never send your stuff. And if you want to cancel your order, you only get half (or less) of your money back.

It worked very well for me i thought i got scamed for a min, had no choice to wait for delivery time, and actually got my stuff it's a good place to buy.

My first purchase went well (curio cabinet) but my second purchase (desk, hutch & credenza, bookcase) was awful and not even remotely close as to what was advertised. I was charged shipping after my purchase instead of the free white glove delivery, it took far longer to deliver than what is their "maximum" time, I had to call each week to find out where my furniture was and each time I was lied to, as "it will be next week"... that alone went on for weeks. Then they used a local moving service that doesn't have great reviews themselves, they delivered but then didn't set it up. I had to straighten that out as well. Guess as long as you don't have a larger purchase, and your manufacturer isn't in CA (yes, that's their reasoning for charging me shipping, as if that's my fault) you might be ok, but otherwise, it is a nightmare!

The above question appears to be harassment- I had excellent service, merchandise and experience with this company
