Do not purchase from them, they will take your money, your order will not be delivered, they will provide a lame excuse and offer store credit plus some fake promo code instead of a full refund. When you try to use ur store credit, same thing, no stock and will write lengthy emails apologising. Trying to say that refunds take 5-30 days should you request for it. There are many customers that have been scammed, read the reviews pls! I hv attached their rubbish emails.
Report them immediately to whichever country you ordered from. We are making a formal complaint to a Singaporean government agency. They need to be SHUT DOWN.

This company is a big fraud. I would give them a zero if possible. I bought an item from their website at a cost of SGD172.24 and cancelled it before it was dispatched.
I asked that the refund is credited back into my bank account. It's been 7 months now and after several emails and calls I still have not been refunded.
I get the same default message whenever I call which is that the issue has been escalated to their finance department. Now when I call, it doesn't even go though any more.
How can such a company be allowed to exist?
At last, in june 2024, I have made an online report to the Singapore's Police. If you had the same scam experience with them please do the same, it's easy and fast! My order was in June 2024, it wasn't delivered so I asked for a refund, they said they don't do refunds & would give me credit, I told them I'd never order from them again so I don't want credit. They then make an excuse of they don't deliver to my country but they will deliver to the UK, so I ordered again & again the order never arrived this time they would refund my money & it would take up to 30 days…. It's now 53 days & many emails later & still no refund…
I ordered Littmann core stethoscope.
They mentioned item shipped. After 2 weeks they said it is shipped but may take time due to shipping from US. After 1 month they said the item may be lost. They are not refunding money back. They gave in store credit to buy something else.
Initially they replied to 8 emails. Now not replying to emails.
I have reason to believe that they have no intention to ship goods you ordered. When you ask for refund after they gave different reason of non delivery, they then said they will credit your account with them for your next purchase. When I requested refund to my credit card which they first debited, they agreed but nothing happened. I have been chasing for refund for over 2 months. This is a scam.

Got scammed. Bought perfumes, the waiting period was 3 months to receive. In the end, they did not deliver the products and I did not get my money back. Did write a couple of e-mails. At first, they did reply to me, but now they're just ignoring me.
Bought some counter top paint for > £100.3 weeks later, order is still processing. Have just cancelled. This is a good way to fund your business - take customer's money and don't deliver any products.
UPDATE: After I told them I'd be in touch with my bank, they contacted me to tell me they'd refunded my money. Upon checking my account, this turned out not to be the case. So if you get a call from them telling you they've refunded your money, don't take their word for it - go and check. Chances are, they're trying to hang on to your cash for longer. If you don't receive funds, email them immediately, don't wait for the 15 days grace period to expire. Better still, just don't transact with this company at all.

We need to bring them to its knee. All the ppl wrote before is what i encounter too. So i need not tell u my story. They are real professional cheater. When you sent a mail and ask for help. They use an auto BOTS to reply with standard reply wording by using difernt name. Helena. Peta. Karolina. Jahra. Michelle. Etc. Giving you the ullusion they are concern for you. But all is BS... I have to stop writing here folks... I am too angry to carry on... Buy at your own risk..
