Why don't you tell your customers that your products are being shipped from China? That's why deliveries are not timely.

They don't tell their customers anything, they just want to take their money. It's a scam. I should have read REAL reviews before purchasing.

The Australian branch is great, maybe these poor reviews are for a different branch as the Australian branch only sells stock it has on hand. I received my order in a few days

My painting have always been shipped from Australia and turned up FAST and really well packaged (no creases).
