Legit company with regular updates on shipping and products

I honestly don't know. I really think it might be a scam. I haven't received my package after 3 months and when I asked to cancel it they told me it was too late because it was "shipping". A little sketchy that it's been out for "shipping" multiple times and still hasn't come.

This is a legitimate Australian business based in Queensland.

The people giving feedback saying Paint Plot Australia is a scam probably ordered from another company. There are plenty on line Paint by Numbers and mostly from china. But Pain Plot Australia is a legit company from Queensland. Been a customer since June 2020 and never have a pending delivery.

Legit Business. I buy loads of stuff online because I live remote and every single company is struggling at the moment with on-selling stock not arriving and then the Australian postal system is in meltdown. People are very harsh to give one star because they haven't received their package within a month. I waited five months for a PBN order from the States, and it wasn't packaged as well as Paintplot do. Join the group page and read scores of happy customer stories if you don't believe me.

Legit. And wonderful. Couldn't recommend Paint Plot highly enough. Like everything, postage was probably delayed during 2020 but stick with them, you won't be disappointed with the end result

They are a legit company and are based out of Australia.
I am Australia based and I get my packages within 2 weeks of ordering.
If you are based outside of Australia it may be slower delivering because of COVID.
I haven't had any issues with customer service or not receiving my items.

Scam!
I'd give this company a zero if I could! Terrible customer service. Scam. Sent half my order, took my money and ignored my calls and emails. I had to go through PayPal and lodge a dispute for them to actually respond to me. They are not an Australian company!
