Damn near impossible. They MIGHT reply to an email in a week or so. If you respond in minutes, be ready to wait another week for their next reply.

They usually respond to me but it's usually a very vague answer.

It took them 6 days to answer my email about cancelling my order because the tracking number disappeared... just for their response to be "wait a little longer, it's in customs!"
