I am fortunate to be centrally located with Lowe's and Home Depot. You have to compare products and pricing.

Yes, there are. Home Depot is a direct competitor, where you can shop on-line or at their big-box store. Or, you can find similar and often the exact items you're looking for on-line, with free shipping. Lowe's charges crazy high amounts for shipping. They charged me more for shipping, than what I paid for the item. Ridiculously, stupid. Don't buy there!
