Online ordering is a scam - they offer no customer service.

They aren't a s cam but their incompetency will make you pay extra for shopping with them

It may be a legit company but a total scam with appliance warranties...

Don't buy appliances at Lowe's

One of the reasons that we purchased our garage door opener from Lowe's was because we were told that they had a contractor that would be installing it, or at least we were told that they did. Three times we had an appointment set up to have the contractor come out and do the installation. Three times it was a, "no show" with no explanation. When we inquired to Lowe's about this, their response was, "I guess that they were overbooked." We then called Lowe's at their main office. They told us that they would look into the matter and get back to us. That was almost 3 weeks ago, still no response. Our time is worth something to us too!

Lowe's is a legit company, but their not above scamming their customers. Beware of the fine print, and especially exorbitant delivery fees!

Not a scam. The company just seems scammy because of its poor customer service and claims department. AVOID!

Legit,Lowes is well known company. Probably nation wide.They sell a large variety of home improvement and garden supplies.

Lowe's is a legit company but I feel like certain items like their appliances are a scam or at least they are not ethical when it comes to the appliances.

Lowe's is legit, but the're the big box store. I buy a lot from Lowe's, but beware on there appliances! They'll go for about a year and then give out. If you use there appliance protection plan you can get covered beyond the appliance manufacture warranty. Only problem with that is if your appliance goes bad and they don't have the parts in stock you might wait awhile till they get it fixed. Ours went 6 weeks before they got it fixed. And a lot of food went bad! You can go to your Lowe's store and ask for a loaner.

Lowe's is the farthest thing from a scam, a scam is easily detected.
Lowe's is reputable responsible and has been in business long enough to prove who they are, how anyone can think it's a scam hasn't shopped in Lowe's.
