It took a bit to get mine after my husband kept emailing them till they finally replied. Ordered the skull engagement ring and I must say it was worth the wait it is beautiful. Only down side is it's supposed to be rhodium plated which is supposed to help it with not getting scratches but I bump the bottom of it and it's starting to come off already which is definitely a disappointment. Now you can see the silver peeking through):

I had no problem with my first order. The ring was not really as pretty as in the online photo, but it wasnt worth the hassle of sending it back. The second ring I ordered was not acceptable, though, and it was a HUGE hassle just getting them to authorize a return, and even though I returned the ring, they will not refund my money. I have been trying sicne LAST APRIL! No one ever answers their phone and in emails you just get the run-around!

So the rings aren't even rhodium plated as advertised? Wow keeps getting better and better!
