I just purchased Chapter 7 Ultra but did not receive software. Please provide instructions on how to access as I am anxious to file my petition

Hi Margaret,
First off, thanks for your order.
When you ordered, you got a link to a zip file with three pdf files inside. I'm guessing that you thought it was a payment confirmation and just closed the link.
I will re-send the link manually to you by email, and I will open the zip file myself and send you the files inside on that email, in case you're having trouble with the opening the zip file.
