Hi Margaret, First off, thanks for your order. When you ordered, you got a link to a zip file with three pdf files inside. I'm guessing that you thought it was a payment confirmation and just closed the link. I will re-send the link manually to you by email, and I will open the zip file myself and send you the files inside on that email, in case you're having trouble with the opening the zip file.

The question is: will she have to wait until the finalization of the BR to have the garnishment stopped or does this occur when the filing is made to the court?

I am being garnished for 25 percent of my wages from Dynamic Collections for Cowlitz County superior court past due accounts. I am wondering if filing bankruptcy would stop this action. I make very little money and am a single parent home income. I qualify for food stamps and 0 payment for my student loans based on an IBR guideline. This garnishment is really hurting my household in ways I can't express. Hope this is something you can answer, any information or direction would be greatly appreciated.
