I'm a first time online customer and I'm reading some reviews re:returns,staff & refunds. What has the company done to improve these concerns?

They have changed their return policy, they use happyreturns/eloquii, just enter your zip code and you can drop your return off at the nearest business that they have partnered with and your refund should post within 3 to 5 days.
