I'm a first time online customer and I'm reading some reviews re:returns,staff & refunds. What has the company done to improve these concerns?

Answer:
They have changed their return policy, they use happyreturns/eloquii, just enter your zip code and you can drop your return off at the nearest business that they have partnered with and your refund should post within 3 to 5 days.

I wear a size (40) or a size (16) where I live. What size should I order at your store? How long for the shipping to South Africa. You using standard

I wear a size (40) or they say it (16 here. In your store what size should I take? Is it standard shipping or you only us a shipping you prefer?

Answer:
I'm not sure what country you're from. In the US a 40 is a size 2-4 in clothing. They use the shipping you prefer.

Question:

I was sent the entirely wrong dress! The dress is not even the right color! I sent an email and I called customer service and conveniently could not get anyone and then they were closed. I am very upset. I needed the dress for an important event. What time can I call to where I can speak to someone and not have my calls ignored?!
