I purchased a $30 product that took nearly 3 months to receive and did not work. It came in a tiny white box & non-descriptive bag through USPS with NO instructions of how to use. Once I researched and realized it didn't work I contacted them. Their line was I had 10 days from delivery to contact for return. They do not do replacement or refunds and haven't answered any further emails.
