Products are good, however my spouses first order was missing some items. When I called, I basically got called a liar. Manager said he packed it himself and that they had pictures of the item going in my box. Repeatedly told me I must have over looked it. You can't over look 12 bigger jars once emptying the whole box and going over all ordered items 3 times. If I had even thought about lying about an item, it would have been the more expensive and pretty rollers that we do need more of. Not just plain jars.
We also got too many of some other items. So quality control is not good either.
