I ordered a jumbo Chanel online and just received it today. Colour was WAY off from the pictures online. Very disappointing. No point in sending back after all the duties I payed to have it shipped to Canada. Never had this issue with other pre loved sites.
I've bought two handbags from Yoogi's closet. Quick shipping. The conditions for them were as described. I love how they have free shipping and 30 day free return which is rare. Even though it doesn't have as much selection as Fashionphile, I'd highly recommend this place. I had my handbags authenticated by other sources just to be sure. All came back as authentic.

I've purchased items over the last couple of years from Yoogi's Closet. Speedy and convenient service. However, I dinged them a star because they do not offer free return shipping. I bought a pair of boots that were too small and I had to pay it.

The item was described as like new condition. However the Chanel belt was scratched by the yoogi's closet tag. Customer service was difficult to deal with. I also purchased a Chanel bag which did not seem to be authentic and was not in like new condition as they described it.

Our Client Services team tried to work with you to come to a reasonable resolution for both parties. You contacted us in March to report scratches on a belt you purchased last September. Although you contacted us outside of our 30-Day Return Policy, our team was happy to provide you with a partial refund once photos of the minor scratches were provided. Since you were unsatisfied with the discount, we offered you a return with a full refund as a one-time courtesy. You then informed us that you had already taken the belt to be altered, so we were no longer able to accept the item back for return. In one of your most recent emails to us, you informed us that the scratches on the belt happened long after the 30-Day Return Policy period, confirming that the item was delivered to you in the condition in which we described, without scratches. Yoogi's Closet cannot be liable for any wear or damage caused to an item after you have had it for 30 days or longer.
Regarding the Chanel bag you mentioned, a return label was provided to you upon request and a full refund was issued to you once it was received. Our team inspected the item and found no cause for concern and are certain it is 100% authentic.

I just purchased a pair of David Yurman hoops and I love them, like new. Last year I purchased a Louis Vuitton bag and it was in perfect condition. I think I saved around $500 dollars between discounted price and not paying tax on it. Will purchase from them again.

I've sold and purchased and yes sometimes selling directly isn't as high as one imagined but they explained why and also paid quickly. I've also purchased bags and both came in better condition then expected. I think they have a better Authenticator then other sites.
I ordered a Tiffany bracelet with the charm on it. Their description of the bracelet did not indicate the charm was wavy. The picture showed a flat charm. I contacted the company told them this. They are now lying and telling me that they took pics of all sides of the Tiffany charm which they did not. This bracelet actually does not look like an authentic Tiffany Bracelet.

I ordered a bag and it was authentic but actually not very well made interestingly enough. They offer 2 day express shipping. 4 days after the purchase - no bag - emailed for tracking. It had not even been shipped! I paid for 2 day express shipping and it arrived 6 days later.
Strike 1
I sent it back the day after receiving (size and weight weren't to my liking) and again had to confirm 7 days later that it arrived and request a refund.
They took an additional 7 days to send a refund.
Strike 2
So, would i buy from again? If there was something i had to have - maybe - but they won't be my first choice and DO NOT PAY FOR 2 DAY SHIP.

Answer: Where are you located? For what its worth, theyre in Washington State. I bought my bag on Monday & had it in 3 days... that said, Im also nearby (a couple states away) so UPS Ground was quick. If youre across the country or something, itll take longer. That said, you should have a received a tracking number. I would call them ASAP, especially if youre not shipping outside of the country. Theyre prompt with shipping & their replies in my experience.
Answer: By original, do you mean authentic? Their merchandise is authentic, but pre-owned.
Answer: Yes, you can return it if it doesn't fit. You have 30 days to do so. Just make sure you don't remove any of Yoogi's Closet tags! (this is one way they make sure that their authentic products stay that way if they're returned). I'm not sure if they will return your money and then you have to buy something new, or if you can just ask for a credit. Usually they don't have more than one of the same size or style (because they are consignment), but I trust their business 100% to make sure that they are selling only authentic merchandise.
