Spent a month and a half they said it was delivered in Georgia unbelievable so now I'm contacting the post office so I can get my refund for my Lululemon's there was two pair don't ever shop at this place again it's a nightmare
I did get my Everyday round high impact cotton round bolster in plum. Yeah it's a pretty color but this thing is not firm at all and the description on the website said it was. I'm going to keep this item but will never order from them again. Claim it was 6lbs this thing must be filled with cotton balls I checked today and it says 3lbs. I check over several days before I order anything and I know what I read but it's all good. They say I don't have an account with them so I couldn't even give a review I ought to call the better business bureau on them but hopefully enough people will read this and not shop the yoga outlet. People actually claims this thing was too heavy or too hard? The strap broke on one reviewers I guess it's because they received a piece of damaged goods.
I ordered 3 tanks and as soon as the order processed I saw they were the wrong size. I tried to contact them immediately to change the order before it was shipped. I tried to return the order when I received it and I have yet to receive any response back after contacting the company five times. So I have not received a refund or any acknowledgment that the items were returned.
7/3 Update: it's been a month, no refund. They received my return on 6/3, they "checked my return in on 6/24" and I need to allow another 6 days for processing. Wouldn't that be 6/30? What a scam. See my email screenshots.
6/29 I returned 2 non-sale items for refund (out of 8) the return shipment was delivered 6/3/21. Still no refund, and they are not replying to inquiries.
I ordered 3 pairs of leggings and a sports bra. I measured myself and used their sizing guide to help ensure that I picked the right sizes. When the items arrived they were decent quality but did not fit. They were designed for someone who has absolutely no curves (like I mean you need to be as flat as a board to wear these) which even though measurement wise they should have fit they did not. I then started the return process, which by the way was not easy like the site says. The cost to ship the return is $4.95 which was frustrating but whatever. I returned my items on May 23rd, It's now June 21st and they still have not received my return and their customer services is absolutely terrible. I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to shop.
Items run small and they have a short return window. Plus they said I received the package several days before I actually got it.
Also, fast shipping.
I like the price lower than amazon and with more variety on selected well known brands (unlike amazon is flooding with no-branded or random brands products with low quality)
I am never disappointed in this site. They clearly list prices and final sale items. They offer both high end and reasonably priced items. Shipping is always fast and I know exactly what I'm getting. 10 out of 10 would recommend!
I cannot believe how quickly I received everything especially with a holiday season and everything was great. They keep in contact with the customer until the package is received
I've returned a couple items and haven't heard a word from them. Their products are not cheap, so I hope I hear soon. The items I kept are really nice and I am pleased.
PACKAGE WAS DROPPED OFF BY FEDEX ON THE STREET BENDING OVER AGAINST THE MAILBOX. OUR COMPANY IS NOT LOCATED ON THE STREET NOR IN THE MAILBOX. PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED BY FEDEX WHILE BENDING OVER MAILBOX: HAD DOG POOP, WET, BENDED. HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM FEDEX. VERY DISAPPOINTED. NO REFUND
Put order in a month ago. They said it shipped Oct. 5th. Have not received anything. Then my card was used fraudulently in that State.

I placed an order for a yoga rug. After the fact, I read all these negative reviews so I figured I would be in for a long wait. To my surprise, the item arrived within the week. The color is vibrant and the rug, nice and sturdy. Thank you Yoga outlet!
Ordered a a top and a pair of leggings, took a long time to receive and they would not return any email questions I had regarding the delay. When the item finally did arrive, the leggings had no tags attached to them or manufacturer bag that they came in. I assume now that it was a previously used item. They were incredibly small so I wanted to return them (very expensive $80 tights) but their return policy states they will not return if the tags are off or item is 'used'. So here I am with an item that was previously worn before I got them, they don't fit, and they will not refund my money. NEVER again will I order from YogaOutlet and advise other people to beware of this terrible company.
This company is terrible. At week 4 of waiting for my order to be delivered, I called it quits and cancelled. I never received a single item. Thankfully, they processed my refund quickly, but it makes me question if there were EVER planning to deliver. The "order" would travel from post office to post office and sit there for DAYS at a time. Save your time and go elsewhere.
It has been over a month and I have not received my products. Unfortunately I ordered three separate shipments. None have come. They say it's due to the coronavirus. I don't think so. If anyone has suggestions on how to shut down a fraudulent website like this please let me know.
Yoga outlet sold something that didn't look like the picture. I called them and told them they sent an item that is very different than what was advertised. They allowed me to send it back. I've been waiting over a month for a refund. They say they won't issue a refund because of everything that is going on with the coronavirus. They had no problem having people ship to me during the coronavirus but now they can't process refunds? They have committed theft and fraud for this purchase during a pandemic, which makes them about the worse people/company in the world right now.
I bought leggings. They were too big. I wanted to return them, but unlike other online companies that offer free return shipping, they were charging me $4.99 to return them. (after I paid $4.99 when I ordered them) I went to the post office and it was only $2.03 to ship them back... I wrote customer service and received an RMA return shipping label with no explanation so I though they were doing the right thing. Then I saw that they had charged me the $4.99! I would have saved myself $3.00 to mail them back through the post office w/tracking... so now I am out $10.00. I know it seems trivial, but if it only cost them $2.00 to mail it... then why did I pay $10.00 in total? It's just wrong!
I ordered 3 pairs of Yoga pants from them, I did not like the quality of the material or the fit so I decided to return all 3 pairs. I went on the site and put in the request form letting them know I will be returning all 3. I put the pants back in the same bag them came in with the return form (all together) and shipped everything back. They refunded me for 2 out of the 3 pairs. I went online and contacted customer service 2 times in March and its now May and no response. I decided to call them - they claim they didn't get the 3rd pair and would have to check with the warehouse... still have not heard from them. I will never order from them again. They were cheap quality pants and you cannot rely on the company to make to do the right thing when they lose items, it was a waste of money.
