I asked the for 3-4 month in a row to cancel my subscription/account. I could not cancel it manually, i tried and wasted so much time on canceling a service they should have done it ofr me. The service that did nothing for me. They just kept saying i need to cancel it i pleaded for 4 monthes to cancel it. They wouldnt do it, so now to this day they are still charging me $30 A MONTH. I ASKED TO CANCEL AND REFUND 3 MONTHES $90. They stated if I cancel it manually then they might refund 1 month for me. Do they not hear me, I CANNOT CANCEL it manually i told you 3-4 monthes ago. Horrible service, they absolutely dont care. Just another app reliant on subscriptions and thats all they care about. I filed a complaint with the BBB
