Boots are cheap plastic crap. When we went to return them we discovered their dirty little secret... you have to ship them back to China at your own cost. That would cost more than the boots themselves. That essentially means there are no returns. Unless you live in China, then you're probably good. But here in the US, you'd probably be screwed.

I placed an order and paid for two sweaters. WhatsMode notifies me that the sweaters were no longer in stock and that I would receive a full refund. It's been almost three months and I have still not received my money! I have contacted Customer service a number of times and still nothing! I will never support them again and would like to warn any new potential customers.

I purchase this online, the process was pretty straight forward. My only consecutive criticism would be in regards to not receiving update email once my order was processed. But customer service was friendly and made me feel like my enquire was personal and not generic. The jacket itself feels so soft and the sizing is perfect! The colour is very much as it is pictured.

I bought for cell phone telescopes for Christmas presents. When I receive them I found that one had a chipped lens, another fell apart when I tried to adjust it. None of them perform as advertised and there is no zoom capability as advertised. Complete crap. I hope Karma catches up to you, Whatsmode.com.

I love the feel of my sweatshirt. So practical, versatile and well made while also feeling comfortable. I can't wait to get a few more in different colours. The costumer service was also great - when i accidentally ordered a M instead of a L - there was no fuss in sorting it out.

I ordered two pair of what I thought was stunning boots and they were not cheap. I was really f'n pissed when they came in UNLACED and poorly made. They were the cheapest most expensive boots I've ever had in my life and demanded a refund and said they could only give me 'store credit' which was a lie

They took the money back in January and I still have not received my items. I have contacted them and they replied they were creating a ticket and someone would get back with me. No one has gotten back with me. Not happy.

I ordered over $100 in items, took over 2 months before it even said they were shipped, then I never received the items. I contacted the company multiple times and they said they were checking into it because it said the items were delivered. I never heard back from them, never received my items and did not receive a refund.

Excellent quality and fit and really amazing and quick customer service when I changed my mind about the peint I chose. I am really really happy with this jacket and will definitely be starting a collection.

I recently purchased a few items with this website, and was pleased overall with my experience. Their customer service is also quick in resolving any issues. Sometimes you actually get very good deals here in Otherlinks, that you don't find in other websites.

I cancelled my order from What's mode and within a week my money was back in my account. They were very nice and very helpful. Kept in touch with me right to the end when the money was back in my account. I paid using PayPal. This might have been why I received curteous repsonse.

Super fast shipping to New Zealand! Everything ordered is high quality, however some items have smell to them but only come out in wash! Bikinis are so affordable and good quality. All of the jewelry i have ordered from here is super cheap and just what you would find in any mall store! This site is good for a **** a budget, or for once off items that you dont want to spend a lot of money on.

Although I've had a few issues with some orders, whatsmode has tried to satisfy me at every turn and I really am impressed with their customer service so far. The quality of the material used in their clothing is impressive for the cost, and the sizing listed on the items is surprisingly accurate!

I am not an online shopper since I like to try things out in person but I took my gamble and ended up liking everything I have purchased at whatsmode. Their material is of great quality, their prices are amazing and using tons of discounts makes it even better. Their sizing is accurate and helpful. It is a great company and I will be making more purchases in the future.

I noticed this website during Christmas season, and it is on sale which 70% off. So i decided to pick several tops and jeans from their website. It takes about one week to arrive, but the quality of clothes are good.
