Received the keeb and at first, wasn't sure it was what I wanted. The amount of information online and types of keebs is overwhelming. But honestly the sound is so enjoyable I ended up getting quite attached. Throughout my inner back and forth customer service was very good! Thank you guys for bearing with me! Not only was the delivery well within the estimated timeframe. Not only was it tracked accurately on the App the courier provided. Not only was the item packaged incredibly well, in immaculate condition, and was exactly as described (and by the way, yes the RG34XXSP was well worth it. Get the black model if you're worried about the forehead, I literally didn't care less. I was too busy picking up my jaw from the floor at how crisp the pixels were). Not only did I get given a discount code if I order from WhatGeek again. But on top of all these amazing things... I didn't get a scummy SD card filled with pirated software and viruses. I'm pretty new to the handheld scene, but if you are in the UK I really wouldn't bother looking at any other site. Sure you could save money elsewhere, but you won't get the reassurances that you will even get your item. And other places seem to have crazy pricing. With WhatGeek, I now know that I'm getting the quality products I want, at the correct price, with perfect service. I'm looking forward to expanding my retro handheld collection, and I'm definitely sticking with these guys. I can tell that if there were any issues, I would feel confident in saying that there would be no hesitation from me in reaching out to their help and support, and expecting them to be resolved. 5 Stars across the board! Don't bother looking anywhere else if you're in the UK.
Ordered item weeks before needing it for a holiday. Was not shipped out for weeks until I asked about needing it for the holiday. It was then drop shipped from China which wasn't advertised. Then envi lied about saying it was attempted for delivery no one in on 3 occasions. Then when I challenged evri they said it was missed being given to the driver. So was finally delivered 3 days into my holiday so was a total waste of time it took well over a month. Will not be bothering ordering anything in the future
Great price for that device, I love it! The only downside was the tracking, which was a bit iffy with several working days without any update, but I received the order in good condition under 2 weeks for a priority delivery.
It was a bittersweet experience as the product is of good quality but the partner transport service in France did not leave me with much satisfaction as one of their employees made a delivery error on my package which took about an additional month to resolve.
Very happy with my retro handheld brought it to play all the old pokemon games. Works just the way I'd hoped.
Overall happy with my Retroid Pocket 2 but disappointed the hinge was quite flimsy upon arrival and the delivery time was so long. Thankfully was able to fix the hinge myself as I didn't want to exchange it given how long the delivery time was for the initial unit.
Item was priced fairly and arrived as described. It took over a week before they even shipped the item though and did not ship the item until I contacted them. No idea what took so long. Other then that everything else was great.

I absolutely love the look and feel of this keyboard! This is my first time using magnetic switches, but they have been great and extremely responsive. The rgb is customizable and can be changed through key combos, the online application or through the keyboard screen. I've had this keyboard for a couple of weeks now and it has become my new obsession

Was shipped direct so did take a couple of weeks but that was stated in the order. Could have paid more for quicker delivery but was more than happy to wait a few days to make the most of the great price.
Very compact keyboard, creamy, and aesthetically pleasing. Only downside is that it is made out of plastic, but is still very good. Also it looks similar to a mac keyboard.
Delighted with product and price point. You'll struggle to get a better handheld gaming console without doubling the budget. It's also set up and ready to play out the box which is what I needed as I don't have prior tech knowledge in this space. For me and what I'll use the device for (gaming when travelling with work) it's perfect. Item did take a few weeks to arrive but this was also signposted before purchase so expected and I was kept properly informed around delivery throughout. No issues- delighted with purchase and service.
