I ordered invitations recently from this site, for my best friend's bridal shower. I really liked the great selection of designs - and in fact, had sort of a hard time picking one out! I also appreciated the way they kept me posted on the status of my order. My only criticism is that the invitations were a bit expensive... Now they keep sending me coupon codes and what not, and I wish I could have spent less on my initial order. But overall - I would rate Wedding Paper Divas highly!

Wedding Paper Divas is excellent. I ordered our wedding invitations and our Thank You cards from them and they were beautiful, they were affordable, and they offer promotions once in a while! They have a great review system to make sure you're cards/invites have all the info on them they need. I forgot to put the wedding time on the invites and got an e-mail from someone the following day asking what time the wedding was! That would have been a blunder had they not caught it.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with this company which is why I ordered from them twice! Who knows, maybe if we have kids we'll order baby shower invites or birthday invites from them too! :)

I, like many people on here, have heard many great things about Wedding Paper Divas. I heard they had fantastic products, customization, fast response times, and great customer service. Well, after losing two of our orders and making us miss 10 wedding programs for our guests, I would have to say WEDDING PAPER DIVAS IS TERRIBLE. When I called customer service about my two lost orders they said don't worry, we will reprint them and ship them out Next Day Air. I was like great because they weren't huge orders and it was still a week before the wedding. No problem they said. Well, THEY LIED. I received the bigger of the two orders in 3 days, which was amazing, and I assumed the other order, the smaller of the two, would soon be to me as well. NOPE. After repeated calls and their repeated assurances that it would make it to me by the deadline, it never showed up because the warehouse was closed (which out of the 5 times I called no one mentioned). It makes no sense that Wedding Paper Divas customer service would be open but the warehouse is closed. Thanks for RUINING MY WEDDING. I cannot wait to tell every single person I know, and even people I don't know, to stay away from Wedding Paper Divas.
