Google allows this company to advertise brands and products that they do not even have in stock and are not even an authorised Australian distributor. wayfair.com.au pays Google to advertise these brands and drive their internet traffic and engagement up as people are trying to find specific products. Dodgy SEO work to pump up their Google search results up at the cost of small business' and designers. I bet ACCC would have something to say about this, not allowed in bricks&mortar shops this kind of activity, damages the integrity of internet shopping too. They should be fined heavily for this kind of consumer misleading and wasting my time.

I've bought two rugs and two barstools from this place. The quality of the products was very good and they were delivered very quickly. I also liked how easy it is to contact the company through the online chat.
What I didn't like was the incomplete instructions on how to assemble the barstools and that the postage to return one of the rugs that didn't fit my place, would be almost the price of the rug. So although they have a good return/refund process, depending on the price and weight of the product, it will not work for the customer.

I was concerned to read a few negative reports about dealing with this company. I had seen a rug I wanted to purchase for an excellent price and decided to go ahead in any case. I ordered it online late on Tuesday evening and it has been received by me today, Friday afternoon, in Brisbane. Everything has come up to my expectations and I will definitely be using this company again. The Italtex rug is made in Belgium (not China for a change). They didn't charge me for freight and I had no problems whatsoever with the freight company (Toll who on-fowarded it to Ipec Road to deliver).
