Had issue with office I was moving into as a physician, older medical space that had bad smell and they even sent some filters for free for my air purifier, be cause main order with petrochemical scrubber was delayed. I'm an oil painter - Artist. Using and breathing Terpinoid on a daily basis can cause many dangerous health complications. Rather than putting my brush cleaner outside and having to deal with such complications, I use this air purifier right next to my can of Terpenoid, keeping a lid on it when not in use.

They were amazing... They knew exactly what I needed for my store during the pandemic and got me equipment when everyone else was out. Then they made sure to get it to me fast and without any problems. None of my workers contracted Covid despite working as essential workers in close quarters and I believe its because of the air purifiers I got from them. All during the process, it was easy to get in touch with them and speak to an actual person! I highly recommend them!

This filter cleans the air pretty good if left on high speed for en extended period. I smoke cigars in my shop for which I bought this filter for. I anticipated a higher air flow out of the filter as currently not much is coming out even set on high. I took the bottom of the filter off to see if there was plastic around the carbon filter but found none so this may be just the way it is and the carbon filter is very restrictive. Based on the claim of cleaning 2,000 sq. Ft. One would think there would be a higher flow. My shop is 800 sq. Ft.
I should mention also that there is a substantial amount of noise when set on high, enough that it is difficult to understand conversation. Other than that if left on high overnight the air is clean of odor the next morning.
I ordered replacement filters. As always, Barb was very helpful and knowledgeable. All items shipped on time and even arrived prior to the expected date.
