They are scamming cancer patients out of money.
The wig is not anything like the one advertised and the hair was coming out straight away!
It's horrible cheap rubbish, different colour and style to that advertised.
Lucy from so called customer service said just try it on I think it will suit you.
Ended up offering 10 percent refund.
Avoid!

They advertise human hair wigs but send a cheap wig as available on Temu for a fraction of the price. Based in China but uses a UK email. Total scam company.

Bought a human hair wig. From them when it came it resembled a dead cat poor thing they w/ould not give me address to send it back to cusp care none existent

You are unlikely to receive what you ordered and the chances of a refund are slim. My experience. Bunch of so and so`s.

I ordered two wigs I've kept one but wanted to send the other back for a refund they said send us some pictures for a return so I did what they asked,no customer service they won't send me a return QR code to send this wig back, they didn't reply to my texts or emails,also not a uk based company fake based in china now I'm £101 out of pocket do not buy from these liars warning do not buy anything from this company

Really poor customer service,Lucy is really unhelpful, have bought a wig,recieved a dark one and I'm blonde,ordered a short one and got a long one,this company is a SCAM,been trying to get my money back,but to no avail, they want me to keep the one I've got and they want to give me 15%back,bearing in mind its no good for me,they are disgusting, so pleased don't buy from them,November 2023.

Please don't buy from these people the wigs I wanted were so lovely OMG the one that arrived were awful straight in the bin. Never again lesson well learned.

This wig is super soft. It is perfect for my head. Good value for the money. I'm happy with my purchase. I have combed it with a wide tooth comb and there was little to no shedding. It is already the style I would like, so I haven't tested any heat tools with it yet.

I ordered a shoulder length wavy grey wig as shown in the picture so I could experience how I would look before going full on grey naturally. I chose a wig that looked youthful in the image online, what I received was a short, curly wig with a full fringe that made an old woman look older! I have tried to contact for a full refund and was told to take to a hairdresser to sort out! How can a hairdresser make a short wig long?

This wig is very soft and realistic looking and also full in the back. It's very comfortable once you get it in place. Overall, this is a nice quality product!I am pretty happy with it! It's my first time ordering a wig and I'm impressed at the quality of it. It look super natural. I love it!

Do not buy a wig from this business. They are running a scam.

I ordered a wig — £166 — and it wasn't delivered until I sent three emails over the course of 28 days.

When the wig arrived it was damaged, unwearable, and it came in a broken and recycled box which belonged to a different company, and it came without a receipt.

When I asked to return the wig in exchange for a refund, I was told to take the wig to a hairdresser for repairs. When I refused, I was told to 'try it a different way'.
DO NOT TOUCH THIS BUSINESS.

Ordered what I thought to be a nice wig in picture only to open the box to a completely different wig,very orange colour synthetic not real hair tried to return but having no luck just want me to choose another one for half price god knows what I will end up with.Keep going round in circles with emails RUBISH customer service wasted £74 DO NOT BUY from this so called company

Ordered a wig for a friend. Colour was nothing like what had been ordered and it didn't fit. Was far to big. UrHair refused to refund the money or abide by any UK web selling laws. This is a scam site selling cheap, mass prodcued, plastic wigs. Trustpilot gives them less than 1 star. These people are criminals.

I ordered a light brown bob style wig. Got a long dark brown one. After asking for more than a week for a return address, they just keep sending me auto generated emails with excuses. I paid £95 out of my sick pay, only for them to suggest I go to the hairdressers to have it cut. It feels like plastic. They claim to be UK based, but they're actually just another company from China. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a "human hair" wig from them. When it arrived, it was obviously not human hair, it was synthetic and made of nylon. You could also see the cap through the hair, it was disgusting. I've bought better Halloween wigs for a couple of quid. I emailed them straight away asking for a refund and an address to return it to. Then followed a stream of emails with them offering me £40 refund, then £50, then £60 if I was to keep this disgusting thing. NO I wanted a full refund. I also found out that they are based in China, NOT the UK address that they purport to be. Thankfully I had paid via PayPal on my credit card so after getting nowhere with the company, I did a dispute and PayPal ruled in my favour. This company is just a bunch of vile scammers. I also found out that the BBC did an investigation into them in October 2020. Just google BBC URHair

Purchased a remy wig. Took it out of box and carefully brushed it with the brush I also bought. The amount of hair that fell out was unbelievable. This happened again when I brushed it again. You can see the cap through the thin hair on the top. Very unhappy with product. I wont be wearing it. What a waste of money. I feel its pointless contacting the company as they will make up some reason for not dealing with the very poor quality. I purchased a remy wig from them about 2 years ago which was ok, hence the reason I purchased another. I wont buy another from them. I certainly do not recommend this company.

This company displays unreal photos of the wigs. When I received my order, the wig was totally different from the picture and it is a very ugly and low quality wig.
Lisa, their contact person refused in several emails to provide the address for returns. She also refused to offer refund. This is a scam, please complain to stop them!
