Openly disrespectful and humiliating experience

The staff was openly hostile from the moment I walked in. No greeting, no courtesy, just cold stares and judgment from head to toe. Customers are silently assessed for perceived worth and dismissed if deemed unimportant. The treatment was insulting, degrading, and deeply disrespectful. An absolutely awful experience.
